Welcome to Marisa Wellness!
We’re committed to providing every guest with a peaceful, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience. To ensure the best service for all clients, please review our spa and wellness policies below.

🕒 Appointments

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in, unwind, and prepare for your treatment.

If you are late, your service may be shortened to respect the next guest’s appointment time.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service.

☎️ Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Repeated late cancellations may require a deposit to secure future appointments.

💳 Payments & Gratuities

We accept cash, mobile pay, bank transfer, and gift certificates. 

Gratuities are appreciated and can be left in cash or added to your payment.

🌺 Health & Safety

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent surgeries.

We follow strict sanitation and hygiene standards for your comfort and safety.

🌸 Respect for Appointments

Your time — and ours — is valuable.
Please show up to your appointments on time so we can provide the full, relaxing experience you deserve. Late arrivals reduce the quality of your treatment and impact other guests’ schedules.
